Novum Academy is now accepting applications for our Advisory Board. This non-governing group provides insight, perspective, and professional expertise to support the growth of our modern Montessori community. If you’re passionate about education, innovation, community and expanding access for children and families, we invite you to apply and partner with us.

We encourage applications from individuals with experience or interest in areas such as:

• Education, child development, or mental health
   
• Business, finance, marketing, or entrepreneurship
   
• Nonprofit leadership, community outreach, or fundraising
   
• Legal, compliance, or organizational development
   
• Parents, caregivers, and community advocates who believe in Novum’s mission
   

Most importantly, we seek collaborative, thoughtful leaders who are excited to support a modern Montessori model and help expand access to high-quality education.

As an Advisory Board member, you will:

• Share professional insight and strategic perspective
   
• Provide feedback on programs, initiatives, and growth plans
   
• Support community partnerships and outreach efforts
   
• Serve as an ambassador for Novum Academy within the community
   
• Participate in thoughtful discussion that helps strengthen our mission
   

This role is advisory only and does not include governance or decision-making authority.

Advisory Board members commit to a two-year term and participate in periodic meetings (virtual or in person), along with occasional project-based input as needed. This role is designed to be meaningful yet flexible, allowing members to contribute their expertise while balancing professional and personal commitments.
